I feed mainly New Life Spectrum foods.

The size of your Frontosa will depend on what type to use

my moba loves Dainichi XL PRO, it designed for frontosa, it slow sinking pellet, will reach to bottom slowly. its perfect for frontosa. they dont have to go to sucafe for floating food or go to bottom for sinking ones. give it a try and you will see. also they are made to order, the fish will get fresh food. i had to wait for a week before they ship my orders.

Thats interesting. I didn't know it was made to order.

I use NLS and my fish seem to like it and they look good.

I use NLS and frozen mysis, in different sizes depending on the fish size. I also like HBH cichlid frenzy.

You should find some interesting reading material if you do some more searches about fish nutrition on this board

I feed all of my fish New Life Spectrum foods exclusively. My cyphos get fed the same as many other people have posted already. Thera A 3mm for the Adults and Grow for the juvies.
