What's your favorite frontosa - Part II

Just want to do an update version of this old thread, this time I will try to add a poll
Since there are more frontosa variety than the possible poll options, I guess we will have to vote on the others category for now...You can also specify your choice if not listed in a response post

If you want to you can post a favorite pic of your favorite type of frontosa, preferably the one that you have

I will start first...My vote would be Zaire since I love all the Kapampa, Kitumba, Moba, but since Kapampa was the one that made me fall in love with frontosa, I will have to go with Kapampa, then Mpimbwe, then Moba, Kitumba....

Here is why I fell in love with frontosa in the first place, especially why Kapampa

Default Moba's for me

well i have loved them for years but could never get them over here because of our government now i can i have got them and there awesome ( even if i do say so myself lol )

3 males and 10 females in a 8 foot tank is a dream come true for me
Zorro in breeding colours (alpha Male )

i still have a soft spot for the others that i have but Moba's are on top

this is how i rate them
Burundi's next only because them alone have paid for my addiction lol (frontosa's)
Kigoma's because there just different
and last but not least Mpimbwe's very stunning fish as well i just cant sex them so i just can't rate them to highly yet

Finally forming an opinion...

Grew a seven stripe to 9" before finding him good home-- shy fish, got tamer as he got bigger-- liked body profile, can't call him favorite

Have some Burundi, nice as any I've seen for their size (5")-- ehhh

Mpimbwes can be awesome looking but with comments on how active they are-- get active with Malawis and one thing I like about Fronts is their slower, regal manner, so-- haven't had them yet, but probably not

Have another front, not sure what it is (6 stripe, gold overtones on body and dorsal, bars stay light, lavendar finnage) but that's another story--- very pretty fish, shy though, right from the start... next

Have colony of 2" Kapampa. Great color, friendly, interesting behavior-- have to make them my favorite so far

big surprise, huh?
