Hello all. I just recently purchased a group of 4 WC Mikula. I got them from a friend who purchased them from a older gentleman getting out of the hobby. Im not sure about one of them. Sometimes it gets dark and looks like the others but most of the time is it looks like it does in the pictures. The mask throws me off sometimes but in its darker state it looks like my alpha. Also included pics of me measuring them when I first got them. The first measuring pic is of the fish of question. The second is of the alpha male just to show they looked alike during measurement. The last pic is of the fish in questions sex. Is it a male or is it a female with tubes down? Your opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Your fish in question on variant is not a zaire. Looks like a tanzanian variant to me. The pic of the fish your wanting to sex isn't very good, to tough to tell.

Top fish on the right is not a blue Zaire. He is a Tanzanian variant. ie. Mpimbwe, Kipili, Bismark, etc.
