From the options on the poll, I like the Xtreme, but I have to agree with Greg, Krill is the best thing. I like to feed my mobas
HBH soft & moist Krill from kensfish.com, unfortunatly I don't have more and the food is out of stock for quite a time.

Does frozen krill sink I feed krill probably twice a week but it floats and sometimes they take in too much air and they'll float around the tank add if they can't stay down I don't want to lose a fish cause of this

my x11 Moba group eat chopped raw prawns and chopped cockle. Having trouble trying to wean onto any pellet foods. Got supplies of NLS and Dainaici but they ignore it.

IMO "best food" is very much a matter of opinion, so I try to avoid saying one or another food is "the best'. That said, I did some pretty thorough food testing some years ago and based on that I generally use some combination of Omega One shrimp pellets, Omega One color pellets, NLS, and freeze dried shimps, usually mysis, for my Kaps-- same for most of my other fish, with the difference primarily being how much of which item.

These foods were better than the others I tested at the time. HBH soft krill and spirulina weren't bad either. I didn't get around to testing Dainichi, mainly because I have a problem or two with their ingredients list, including soybean meal as an ingredient.

Lots of good info here. The only thing I would ad is to VARY/ROTATE what you feed them each day, as too much of just one type of food is not as beneficial as variety.
