Default Source for Synodontis Petricola

Iím looking for 8-12 of these little guys unsuccessfully. Preferably specimens that are 3-4Ē long.

Don't know. Jeff Rapps has 2 syno species listed but not petricola.

If you can find them check out pink synodontis, they are really pretty.

I saw they have 9 tiny petricola there of 3/4”-1”. I’d have to grow them out and not sure how fast they grow.

There must be a shortage right now, that's the only place I saw had any. I would say they are average growers. If I come across any more for sale I'll let you know. You could put in an order with Butch from SEC and he'll probably be able to get some. He's importing directly from Africa now. Good Luck.

Recently the German importers had some real nice synodontis irsacae.
I have some with my fronts and that works realy well.
