Default Flake Food

I mostly feed my Fronts NorthfinUsa pellets, NLS pellets and Krill but I also like to give them some flake food. Does anyone have a good source for large cichlid and brine shrimp flakes? Thanks

I used to get a meat lovers flake from Jehmco. HBH if memory serves me correct.

I typically only feed flakes to fry, in which case I've used Omega One and NLS, NLS are bigger ime. Even with fry, though, I often use crushed freeze dried brine shrimp, crushed up pellet, and don't often bother with flakes. Not telling you what to do, but not something you normally need for fronts.

Pretty much the same for me: flake mostly for fry; however, I would mix a little in my spirulina jello recepie sometimes. My mature Gibbs loved the jello treat.
