I would say 5, 7, 8 are males the rest appear female.

Thanks Congoblue

No 1 is 13 inches,

No 2 12-13 Inches (Much bigger than No 1)

No 3 -10 -11 inches

No 4 - 10 -10.5 inches

No 5 - 8-9 inches

No6 ,7 and 8 - 7 inches.

I did take a second batch of pictures and will attach soon. This 1 and 2 I was confident were males due to their size.

@congoblue & @kewl_front

Thank you guys.. the previous owner said they never bred, and I was wondering if I had to swap some males for females. Even was planning to pick up a all female trio from AGA, but wanted to confirm with experts here before I got more.

Considering the three biggest are females and they all were together for 2 years, should I consider all smaller ones females too??

More opinions welcome

Second photo looks bad (blood and stuff). My guess is they are all females that's why they never bred.

It was poop actually she threw a bunch of them at me when I caught her the first time, had to wipe it twice to get some clear pics

1-7-8 looks like males since the vent are a bit sharp and dark. the rest looks rounded and are white or ligter around the vent so females. Not sure on 2 but looks like a males vent but it is kind of round that's the reason why I'm unsure. Can u post a full pic of the actual fish itself.
