Default females

hi guys, i have been keeping a group of wc chaitika's for 3.5 years. the colony consists of 2males 4females. 3 of the for girls have successfully bred but 1 seems to be a little bit shy i might add she is also larger than the others being 3rd in rank behind the alpha and beta males.
has anyone had any expirience with something similar?
will she eventually breed?
what have others done?

Sometimes the bigger girls are a little bit shy and don't get the guys, but they have great personalities, if only you'd get to know them.

Are you sure she's a female? Might be a male.

wc chaitika's that you had for 3.5 years, I don't think she's shy. I am leaning towards it being a male, especially that it's the third largest. I might be wrong though, always learning new things everyday Photos will definitely help.
