Just my opinion, 1, 6, and 9 look male. 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 look female. Number 2 I cant see the vent real well so not sure.

Congoblue:

You are the first person that told me that number one is a male.
Well, here's the thing. Number one looks like a male, it behaves like a male, is the biggest moba in my colony, currently 9.5 inches. My females range from 5.5 to 7.5 inches and I never saw any spawing attempts. Maybe you are right and it's a male. Here are two more photos of the moba number one. Let me know if you still think it looks like a male.

It does look female a little bit but I still think male. I have a male thats vent looks a lot like that. I thought it was female to but I now know its a male.

Well I said 100% female for No. 1 somewhere else, but the actual opening is more visible now and it does look small with just the surrounding area reddish, but if that was my fish, I'd still say female. How about a side on pic of the fish in the water?
If it is the biggest fish, it can still boss the others around, especially if there is no male - my biggest Kig is a 100% cert girl and she is the boss in that tank. 9.5" is a big female but not too big.
