Default Feeding Frontosa

I usually feed my cichlids pellets, and probably would do the same for my new frontosa coming. But what is best to feed them? what about treats what should i feed them as treats? Also i have seen videos of someone hand feeding their frontosa, what are they feeding them? I would like to know so i can feed them by hands too . Any suggestion on how to keep my new Mpimbwe would be great, other wise i would end up feeding them pellets all the time poor fish

I feed my Kitumbas NLS, Mysis Shrimp, and raw prawns. Mostly NLS though and the other 2 as treats.

I feed my mobas mainly Hikari frozen krill 4x-5x weekly. I feed Hikari frozen mysis prior to a spawn when I see a tube drop. After a 5 day no-feed while momma is holding eggs, I feed a combination of NLS Thera A, Dainichi Ultima and Dainichi Color FX.

I feed my fry NLS Thera A.........the smallest .5mm sinking pellets. All my fish get fed 1x daily in the evening hours.

I'll even skip a day or 2 of feeding during the week. I feed what they'll eat in around 3-5 minutes. Any uneaten food gets removed from the tank.............I rarely have to remove food.

I buy the largest frozen flat packs and try to buy in volume and store in my freezer.
