Kitumba loss

After feeding my kits today, I took a head count and only counted 15 and after turning over a large rock, I found one of my smaller kits dead,... under it. The rocks must have shifted somehow last night and one landed on him. Bummed out now. I`m gonna rearrange my rocks today.

I am so sorry to hear that MrBiggz!! I have river rock in my tank as well and I used Epoxy to hold the rocks together, so far so good!! The epoxy bonds in 30 minutes and cures in 1 hour...really good stuff and will not harm your fish, I know because I stuck my rocks together while they where in the water along with my Kits.! HTH!!! Sorry about the loss!!!

Thanks guys, I really hate losing fish. I take it real personal `cause I have no one to blame `cause I arranged those rocks myself.

got plenty of friend in here..we are all sorry for the lost. rock shifting can be dangerouse.. i personally gave up on them and only use solid rock that is use as a divider only. my personal loss has also deter me from using rock as a shelter for my front. good luck on future tank. in the word of conan the barbarian, "What does not kill us only makes us stronger". we all learn from previous error to make the future more brighter for our hobby sake.
