I have tried different tank mates with Fronts but never had any success with labs. Tried twice both failed.

First time was many years ago with the fronts were about 3-4". Labswere slightly smaller but totally bullied the fronts.
Second time was a few years after that, fronts were much bigger, 7"-8". Labs will still confront the fronts and sometimes nip their fins.

I think my tank at 180g is too small to have a group of labs to coexist with a group of fronts.

i have eight with my dozen cyphos along with five widebar datnoids they got along at first just fine but somewhere in the middle they ended up in my dats mouths before my cyphos can get to them' lucky for the labs they got spat out! today they are all fine no one is harrasing no one and the labs just got quicker' all eight now swim side by side with both dats and cyphs but keep in mind my dats and cyphs are just a lil under 3" and the labs are all under 1" i help my labs out by making sure there tank mates are always well fed full enough to resist there natural temptation also provided lots of hiding places' in the future the labs might meet there demise... anyhow in thee end there nutritious natuarly its there food chain' whaddayagonnado.

This is what yellow labs did to my old alpha Kigoma
And actually, this was taken a couple years after they were removed.. so he was even worse.
