Default Labs & Kapampas

I've read on here that yellow labs make good tankmates with Kapampas, but my question is whether labs would interfere with the Kaps spawning?

Also, I just scored a 300G on CL...96x24x30. Running two FX5s could I stock 2M:14F Kapampas and about 16 or so yellow labs?

My 2 cents, go with leleupi if you want the yellow looking color in the tank. They won't get as big as yellow lab...

neolamprologus leleupi karilani would probably look like the "belong" better, being from the same lake and all. But I LOVE the look of yellow labs.

Most important, though, I need tankmates that won't interfere with my Kaps breeding.

I'd definitely go for Leleupis!

I wouldn't personally do either..... They're both fin nippers.... say good bye to the long lower trailers!

have to agree with A6, neither of those will make good tankmate specially long term.
they will def nip at the kaps fins and they just wouldnt look good without long or normal lenght fins.
try altos comps for yellow but not suitable mate once kaps are breeding as they are egg thieves.

Agreed with A6, but different people have different experience.
Take mine, for instance, my leleupis don't nip on my fronts trailer. They co-exist.....
My alpha male and female fronts has the longest trailer I've ever seen on kits
