Default NLS Cichlid Formula or Thera A?

I have 5 small 1-2 inch frontosa (almost definitely Burundi) with 2 small Julies. I currently feed them cichlid flakes once per day but I would like to make the switch to NLS. Should I use the Thera A or the Cichlid Formula? Also, what size would be ideal?

At one to two inches I use NLS Cichlid formula 1mm sinking pellets (most of the time), I also feed frozen mysis & plankton a couple times per week and I even make a super duper jello that I occasionally give them.

Any I've had hated Thera-A, not true of everyone but mine hated it. At best they'd pick at it at first then eat less and less of it. At worst I had one group go into hiding for weeks and not come out until I gave up trying to get them to eat it and gave them something else. Mine like cichlid forumula just fine, though.

Like I say, it's worked for some people's fronts, but not mine. Other cichlids I've had liked Thera-A ok, my rotkeil severums loved the stuff.

None of mine would eat the thera-a either, they love the regular but won't touch the thera-a at all. I ended up feeding my left overs to the neighbors koi who were pretty non discriminant. lol

+1 to Neutrinoman and Fisher. Mine don't want Thera A at all. They would rather go hungry than eating that stuff. I feed mine these day with raw shrimps.
Joe.

Raw shrimp is a key ingredient in my jello Joe. Shrimp, green peas, spirulina powder and whatever other goodies happen to be in the fish room when I purée a new batch. In case anyone were to ask, the gelatin is Agar powder or flakes.
