Thanks for sharing the great pictures... How big were the females that had these?

Very cool frys. I also have kingomas but they haven't spawned yet. the LFS breeder (Paradise Tropical Fish) had them for about 3 months and they did have spawn before..

I cant wait...

If your Kigomas are breeding size, I would ask at the LFS/Breeder what conditions they had them at (temp, pH, tank size, amount of light, feeding habits...etc.) this info should help speed up the process.

They were 2 of the smaller females and they are around 4 inches.

For what its worth, mine didn't spawn until I became consistant with the water.
Bumped up PH to 8.5, temp is 80 and I do a lot of water changes. They are pretty
much left alone all day in a low lit room with some sunlight coming in.
Tank lights are off until I get home.
