Default How to quarantine WC Moba Colony coming in 4 days?

I will be getting my 3m/8f on 6th August noon.
I have an 8x2x2 tank cycled and running for 3 mobas already.
And I have a 4.5x2x1.75ft (90 gal) tank spare to quarantine though.

How do I do the quarantine process for these Wild caughts?

Ask your importer if they have already done a quarantine, and if so, what was their procedure. If you're satisfied with their procedure, and you trust them, then I would recommend you go ahead and add them in to the larger established tank, and take out the 3 original fish and place into the 90g holding tank. Water parameters in a 90g will get ripe quickly with 11 adult fronts (not to mention the stress induced illnesses).

As far as the actual quarantine itself, I've only done "wait & watch" for a week or two. I do not medicate preemptively. And DO NOT OVERFEED. Feed sparingly, and that will allow you to watch each fish to see if you have any that are not eating, or eating/spitting. If you are satisfied after a period of time, then you can add back in the other fish.

Good luck, and we will need to see some pictures!

That sounded like a million dollar idea to me.
I never thought of this trick to avoid contagious infection which might come from the importer facility itself, let alone the wild infections.
The fishes are with him for past 6 months and are healthy. So I think I can by your suggested method of quarantining.
Thank you.
You can find the video of my Colony chosen in the video discussion thread.
Pictures and videos will follow once it arrives on 6th. Thanks a ton.
