Default WTB male yellow calvus

Looking for a male yellow calvus. I'd love to find an extra wild male somebody bought from Greg or Alison but not too picky at this time. Would need shipping to MN or pick up within a reasonable distance.
Thanks

I have extra males that I can sell you. They are F1 and about 3.5".
Let me know.

Sorry Guys, I'm not trying to stir up trouble, but aren't the Yellow Calvus on the Endangered list?

Should we avoid purchasing WC Yellow Calvus or is it ok?

I know I would like to get a pair myself, but I've heard importers & hobbyists who have them will be boycotted or something like that.

I'm kind of torn in this debate. Should I or should I not?...hmmm

I don't have any wild ones. All my yellows are F1.

The problem with the WC species that are endangered is IMPORTING them. If they are already here, what is the issue?

Yellow calvus are now protected and should not be being imported anymore. I don't think anyone is anymore, at least not here in the US. I don't think fisher is asking for more to be collected, but just for any already here in the US so he can add to his female to breed and promote the tank raised fry here in the US.

I had to tell a friend of mine not to order any tropheus duboisi. They showed up on his availability list to import. He was going to order some until I told him that they were threatened and not supposed to be exported. I'm sure some unscrupulous exporters are still collecting them.
